@Primark has officially opened its doors at Wolfchase Galleria in Memphis, TN, marking its first location in the state! We’re proud to have provided full architectural services for this new location, supporting our client through every phase of the tenant improvement project, from design development and construction documentation to construction administration and leasing. Core States Group’s Brad Hamilton and Angie Feulner were on-site to celebrate the grand opening. Fun fact: Angie was the store’s very first customer!
