TOFU CHOCOLATE MOUSSEš«āØ
I think my followers are always asking for āhealthierā alternatives so hereās a dessert with better for you ingredients. Itās healthy and delicious and NO, it doesnāt taste like tofu!!! I swearš©š¤š¼š¤š¼
āØIngredients:
-200 gr dark or milk chocolate
-450 gr (16 oz block) silken tofu
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1/4 tsp sea salt
Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Stir continuously until itās fully melted. With the help of a spatula pour into a food processor or blender followed by the silken tofu (drain any extra water if needed), maple syrup, and salt. Blend for 45 seconds at medium speed. Scrape the edges of the bowl and blend again until reaching a smooth consistency. Pour into your containers of choice and refrigerate for two hours. Add berries, whipped cream, or any other toppings and enjoy!
