Nutella Molten Lava Cake with a homemade strawberry saucešŸ«šŸŒ‹šŸ“ These Nutella lava cakes are balanced and go so well with the bright strawberry sauce — IMO everything tastes better with a little fruity something something. I adapted Chef Jean George’s classic molten lava cake recipe into this Nutella version + included some tips bc I failed my first attempt šŸ‘€ ā™”Ingredients (makes 4 cakes): * 1 lb strawberries, hulled * 1/3 cup sugar * 1 tbsp lemon juice * 4 tbsp unsalted butter (plus extra for greasing) * 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped * 6 tbsp Nutella * 2 eggs * 2 egg yolks * 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted * 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * Pinch of salt Toss the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
