Why I don’t recommend flat barbell bench press…
Decline press, in my opinion is one of the best pec exercises and one that I did for a large part of my career, also low incline is great too.
I’m speaking from experience aswell, I’ve tried and tested it during the early years where I did use flat bench a lot… especially as not many gyms even had a decline bench!
I don’t even need to ask people how they tore their pec, most likely was on flat bench…
