WARMUP
-5 min walk on tred
-banded warmup
WORKOUT
-incline bench: 3x15
-dumbbell overhead tricep extension: 3x15
-cable tricep push down: 3x15
-chest superset: seated chest fly (12 reps), into upper hand front raise (12 reps) for 3 sets
-bodyweight pushups: 5-10 reps (or as many as you’d like)
CARDIO + CORE
-stairmaster workout: 2 min @ level 6, 1 min @ level 10, repeat 5-6 times (15-18min)
-deep core circuit for 3 rounds
