Girls are you locked in for day 3 or what??? This specific workout is not a beginner workout and more for my intermediate or advanced gym girlies!! Today’s workout focused on power, speed, explosiveness, agility, and balance! It’s also a healthy intermediate day in my split to keep that “athletic build” centered.
