Sometimes you just got to laugh it off. Gaffing these Bluefin can be nerve-wracking, this is an example of why. This is also what makes this specific style of fishing so compelling. Each one of these giant fish challenges us mentally and physically and it forces us to dig deep (just not with the gaff 🤣) to not get humbled by these endothermic adversaries. The highs and the lows make this truly special and it's been a blast sharing it with you guys through social and directly in person on the boat.
