Scanner audio from the scene of an active shooter scene out of Kootenai County, Idaho where mulitple firefighters have been shot after responding to a wildfire. Law enforcement is actively taking sniper fire from an unknown number of suspects on the Canfield mountain with unknown number of casualties. The Sheriff has reported that they took rapid long gun fire on arrival and are attempting to neutralize the shooter or shooters but are prepared for a multi day operation.
