LATE BLOOMER 🌸
• 1 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 1 Large or 4 Small Plums, Pit Removed, Chopped
• ¼ oz Simple Syrup
• ½ oz Rose Liqueur
• ¼ oz Lemon Juice
• 1-2 oz Club Soda
• Rose Petal, to garnish
METHOD: Place plum, simple syrup, rose liqueur, and lemon juice in a small blender and process until broken down but not completely smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing to extract all liquid. Pour the plum mixture into a tall cocktail glass. Fill the glass with ice and add club soda.
