#YNWMelly’s double-m*rder retrial was pushed back to January 2027‼️ According to NBC Miami, the 4th District Court of Appeals granted a stay in the case as it considers a motion by the state attorney’s office. That prevents the trial from beginning in September as expected. Melly is accused in the shooting deaths of two friends in October of 2018. He has been in custody since his arrest in 2019.
