It’s amazing what happens when you finally open your eyes. Disorienting, but amazing. Ladies, stop fearing middle age. DAMN! There is a lot of power here. Of course we’re told to fear this time, because we stop putting up with people’s shit. And people don’t like that. Staying in a place of servitude is dependent on us wanting to please everyone around us. And society tells us that nothing that we do is right. It doesn’t matter the size of our bodies or how loud we are, or what we choose to do with our time … it is always wrong. So we’re constantly trying to fulfill some unattainable perfection. THIS IS BY DESIGN. It keeps us questioning ourselves so we won’t question what is asked of us. When we start to focus on our own dreams and our own passions, the people and organizations who have relied on our free labor, don’t get to achieve theirs as readily.
