-dynamic warm up (I have one posted in my feed if you’re needing one!)
-glute activation
WORKOUT
-3x8 split squat, each leg
-3x8 single leg rdl, each leg
-3x8 seated leg extension
-3x15 low back extension
CORE
-3 exercises: 40 sec on, 20 off for 3-5 rounds
