🔠🥞 Alphabet Pancakes—a 1st Day of School tradition. These pancake letters turn up the magic and are so simple to create. Simply warm your griddle (I do 375°), coat it and your letter cookie cutters with butter or cooking oil, and add your pancake mix. Wait for the batter to bubble, remove the cutters, and flip once. Voila! School breakfast magic! Spell their name, grade, or whatever fun you come up with. TIPS: - I use a spray bottle to fill the letters, but you could simply pour the batter in. -Always use metal or silicone cookie cutters, and an oven mitt if they get hot quickly. -These letters cook up pretty fast, so I’d do a couple at a time, so you’re not rushing through. -These pancakes freeze really well, so consider making them ahead of time, so you can skip the griddle the morning of.
