Whether professional runners or a man who created a whole new way of thinking in the hospitality industry, just love listening to people talk about what they are obsessed with. Ian walked us around the hotel and would point out the slightest details being off- bottles being too spaced out on a shelf or a lightbulb that has a tiny flicker. Could listen to that for hours.
