Posing practice… this was my least favourite part of content prep but it was essential for onstage endurance and to present your physique to its maximum potential.
There’s a lot more to bodybuilding posing than just simply flexing muscles. It is a work of art and something that goes under the radar is the breathing part of posing… conditioning is a must!
45 minutes, 3 times per week, holding compulsory poses and squeezing for around 15 seconds. As well as long periods in the front relaxed posed so that I could maintain throughout the long pre-judging.
