-banded warmup
WORKOUT
-incline bench: 3x15-20
-dumbbell overhead tricep extension: 3x15-20
-cable tricep push down: 3x15-20
-seated chest press: 3x10x10x10, 10 reps right am, 10 reps left arm, 10 reps both arms
-pushups: 3x til failure
CARDIO + CORE
-light walk for 10 min
-light body weight core circuit
