-5 min walk on treadmill
-dynamic leg warmup (in feed if you need one!)
WORKOUT
-back squat: 1x5, 2x5, 1x5
-banded flutter kicks: 3x20 seconds
-knee jump to box jump: 3x5
-weighted knee drive to box (with a slight falling start): 3x8 each leg
-front foot elevated lunge hold with medball overhead: 3x30 seconds each leg
CARDIO + CORE
-sprint workout
-weighted core circuit
