Mixing up Polish and Korean flavors using @nongshimusa Shin Noodle. I found Nongshim Shin Noodles at Angelo Caputo’s Fresh Market. Gochujang Kielbasa Noodle Stir Fry Ingredients: 1 Package Nongshim Shin Noodles 1 1/2 Cup Cubed Kielbasa Sausage 2 Cups Thinly Sliced Cabbage 1 Small Onion Thinly Sliced 2 Garlic Cloves Minced 1 Cup Carrots Small Diced 1/4 Cup Green Onion Chopped (save green tops for garnish) 1 Tbsp Gochujang Paste 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Dash of White Pepper Pinch of Salt Black Pepper In a small sauce pan bring water to a boil and cook Nongshim Shin Noodles according to package directions. In a large skillet on medium heat add olive oil. Add onions and cabbage. Season with salt, white pepper, and black pepper. Add carrots. Cook until cabbage begins to get tender (~5 minutes).
