RECIPE:
1️⃣ Season ribs with the rub of your choice
2️⃣ Smoke at 275 for 3.5 hours or until finished
3️⃣ While ribs smoke, make glaze. Gochujang, honey, vinegar, soy, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and bourbon
4️⃣ When ribs are done, slice into singles, stack upright in a cast iron pan using an onion for support
5️⃣ Pour hot glaze over the top like lava
6️⃣ Replace grates with griddle insert, increase heat to 400 then place skillet on griddle insert. Cook 10 minutes or until bubbly and caramelized
7️⃣ Garnish w/ sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
