Core States Group provided full design and construction services for one of the nation’s first publicly accessible medium and heavy-duty electric truck charging stations for @travelcentersofamerica in Ontario, California. The site will feature six charging dispensers and ten charging stalls designed to support the transition to zero-emission freight transportation. This pilot project plans to start operations in 2025 and is in collaboration with the California Energy Commission. The initiative supports @bp_plc's broader strategy for expanding EV charging infrastructure and convenience offerings across the U.S. The site also serves as a technology demonstration hub, where @bp_plc will evaluate emerging charging technologies and microgrid systems designed to deliver resilient, renewable energy to heavy-duty fleet vehicles.
