This scholarship is awarded to a member of the Redcoat Band who exemplifies the encouraging and caring qualities of Ms. Kiney, who often prioritized the well-being of fellow Redcoats above her own. Ms. Kiney became known as a stand-in mom to members of the Redcoat Band.
