Both parties accused each other of being in contempt of court, a violation of the court and/or its orders. They demanded that the other be sentenced to jail time, although Taylor later withdrew her plea for incarceration. ______________________________ The court held a hearing on July 25, where the judge heard testimonies from Taylor, Shumpert, and third-party witnesses, and reviewed submitted evidence. The judge denied Taylor’s request to find Shumpert in contempt, stating she had failed to present sufficient evidence to support her claim that he leaked details of their divorce judgment to the media.
