🥘A flavorful holiday show stopper! ✨Cranberry and Turkey Stuffed Squash✨ Bright cranberries give a pop of flavor against spiced turkey to create a mouthwatering spin on a classic! 🧂Ingredients 2 acorn squash For the Turkey 1 lb ground turkey 1 tsp sage 1 tsp rosemary ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper ¼ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp thyme For the Spinach 12 c spinach ½ c red onion, very finely diced 1 tbsp ghee Salt Pepper ¼ c unsweetened dried cranberries ½ c dry roasted hazelnuts 📖Directions -Preheat oven to 425 F. Slice squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds with a spoon. -Place squash face side down on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until tender and golden, about 30 minutes. -While squash is baking, place turkey in a pan over medium/high heat. Break apart into crumbles with a spatula and season with all spices. -Continue breaking apart, mixing and cooking until turkey is no longer pink on the inside. -Once turkey is done, remove from pan and add in spinach, onion, and ghee.
