🎅🏼Peppermint Bark
✨Ingredients
1 c dark chocolate chips
1 c white chocolate chips
⅜ tsp peppermint extract
A few dashes salt
Optional
1 candy cane (recommend using a dye free and corn syrup free brand like Yum Earth), crushed
✨Directions
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
-Put dark chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted.
-Pour on the parchment and freeze for 5-10 minutes until solid.
-Once dark chocolate is solid, add white chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted.
-Note: white chocolate is pretty temperamental, so make sure to stir in between and not overcook.
-Once white chocolate is melted, stir in peppermint extract.
-Pour on top of dark chocolate mix. Top with a few dashes of salt and optional crushed can...
