Interesting:
4-5 pounds of clams
Half box of Bucatini Pasta
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 shallot minced
1 ounce chopped parsley
1 tbsp salt
2 cups of chicken stock
Juice of half a lemon
A sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsps butter
Instructions:
In large pot boil pasta.
In a large pan heat oil to medium low heat and add garlic, shallots and butter. Cook for 2 minutes and toss in clams and pour in chicken stock. Season with salt and cook until clams open. Sprinkle parsley. Toss in cooked pasta and mix in with clams, squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
Serving size for 3-4
