Here’s my meal prep chia pudding breakfast I’ve been eating during my 75 Hard Challenge. You need 2 tbsps of chia seeds, 1 cup of protein almond milk, 1 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp of honey and a dash of cinnamon. Mix really well together and refrigerate overnight.
