Make Potato Salad this Easter with all your eggs. When I make my potato salad I separate the yolk from the eggs and mash it up with mayo, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper. I then add the chopped up white part of the egg, celery, red onions, black olives and boiled cubed potatoes.
