The Stop Glide is one of my favorite and arguably the drill that has helped me out the most in my career as a glider! This drill is perfect for developing a feeling of the legs doing majority of the work throughout the circle! I like to do anywhere between 3-5 reps of 1-2 sets before I start throwing to prime my body to ABSOLUTELY SMASH THROWS!
