The slider half turn is a great special strength exercise to develop the skill of turning on a bent right (right handed thrower)! The plate can be used to assist with keeping the shoulders back as the left grounds at the front Once you feel both feet grounded, turn and press the plate overhead to simulate the finish! Give these a try!
