Back training is more technical than any other body part. It’s important here to stretch and squeeze the muscle, control the movement throughout the entire exercise and minimise any unnecessary swinging! Think of your hands as hooks and you should be pulling with your elbows and driving through to your lats. If you can’t hold it at the peak contraction for a moment, you didn’t use pure muscular power… you used momentum! Lower the weight, and do it properly. #MrOlympia #Bodybuilding #Gym #Training
