Sixty-one players from Section 1 and local private schools received various levels of All-State girls lacrosse honors for their play last spring, with eight earning first-team accolades. Selections were made by The New York State Sportswriters Association. The Journal News/lohud girls lacrosse all-stars for Westchester/Putnam and Rockland were released in early July. The All-American and All-Section 1 teams were also announced in June.
