If you feel like you have no extra time to prep and eat a healthy meal with the family, the crockpot needs to become your new bestie
Use whatever protein you want like beef, chicken or pork
Throw in whatever sauce you want for variety
Cook on low or high for a few hours and then it’s ready! Pair with a carb source + veggie, and voilà! You have yourself a healthy, balanced meal 👏🏼
Example: this morning I threw in a chuck roast and birria sauce and will be making tacos tonight 🌮
