WORKOUT
-dumbbell shoulder press: 4x10x10x10
-21s: 4x21 (7x7x7)
-lateral raises: 4x15
-lat pulldown: 4x15
-bent over fly: 4x15
Although I wasn’t pushing much weight in the workout, the high reps and short rest make it feel just as hard and my muscles just as tired.
