Today, we honored the life and legacy of Firefighter Adam Cauthron with a posthumous promotion to Captain, effective August 7, 2025. Surrounded by his family, friends, and colleagues in the Great Room at Phoenix Fire Admin, #PHXFire celebrated Adam’s dedication, sacrifice, and service to the Phoenix Fire Department. Adam passed away in late 2024 following a work-related injury, but his impact and commitment live on. Captain Cauthron will forever be remembered. Live Like Adam ❤️
