The infamous Zora nightclub at one of Des Moines' most prominent intersections is getting a reset. Two years after Zora closed, then became the property of a credit union following its foreclosure, leading Ankeny commercial property firm the Denny Elwell Co. has acquired the site, CEO Chris Murray confirmed.
