Between motion and stillness🌀 Switching things up always keeps photography interesting for me - whether it’s trying out new lighting, changing up my locations, or playing around with shutter drag like I did this time around. I used to only shoot on prime lenses for the low f-stops and fixed focal lengths… but once I started using zoom lenses like the NIKKOR Z 24–70mm f/2.8 from nikonusa, it completely changed how I approach my compositions. Being able to zoom in or out without moving gives me so much more flexibility, and the sharpness across each frame makes it such a solid go-to. All of these were shot on the Nikon Z8, which pairs so well with the 24–70mm for a setup that’s consistent, fast, and always keeps up! Shot these with the most amazing team of new and old friends:
