People often ask me how I have the energy to keep working out through my pregnancy. And the answer is, many times I DONāT!
If I stop working out, I lose my mojo. Getting out of the zone is difficult when youāre not pregnant, but when you are pregnant, it feels near impossible to jump back in.
All Iām trying to do is stay the course for as long as my body will allow. I know that movement is medicine for my body and mindā¦even on the days it doesnāt feel like it.
No way, am I saying that everyone has to do this level of movement. But I am saying that movement doesnāt end just because you are pregnant. Do it slow, do it safe, just keep doing it.
