Today we came together in remembrance of Sergeant Frank Tobar and the legacy he left behind. On the anniversary of his passing, we had the honor of unveiling his plaque at Sacrifice Park. His name will now forever be etched in stone alongside the brothers and sisters who also made the ultimate sacrifice.
