This might just be my favorite pizza I’ve had in a long time. Period. Sadly, it’s only here for a limited time. Every month, @michiganandtrumbullpizza creates a specialty pizza to raise funds for charity. This month’s star is The Dill Collins—topped with mozzarella, pickles, vegan garlic aïoli, and fresh dill. Proceeds support Capuchin Soup Kitchen, and you can even buy a pizza for their Team 10. The soft center and crispy edges are just a supporting role to the real show: that tangy pickle + dill combo with the smooth, garlicky aïoli. Absolute perfection.
