INFO ⬇️ when i was first looking to work in motorsport i got pretty down because i thought the only place to find jobs was with a team itself, and I wasn't getting anywhere with that. when i finally got my break it wasn't with a team or series, but instead with a brand that sponsored drivers! keep an open mind on all the ways BESIDES a race team you can work in racing- here are just a few: 1) brands that sponsor drivers- whether they are personal athlete sponsors or team sponsors, these companies always have people in charge of these partnerships 2) driver gear manufacturers- helmets, fire suits, shoes, etc, all these are third party companies! 3) media outlets that cover motorsports- there are so many media outlets that have photographers, videographers, journalists, and analysts that cover racing 4) your local track or circuit!!! these usually have full blown away event, marketing, operations, business, logistical departments that need hiring! let me know if you want pa...
