Carolina Twinkies made with the brand new meatchurch Holy Cola BBQ Sauce. Thank you to oldcolonysmokehouse for the inspiration on the delicious addition to our tailgate recipes. We loaded jalapeño up with our homemade pimiento cheese, encased it in breakfast sausage, wrapped it in bacon, seasoned with our Holy Cow & smoked them at 300° with Meat Church pellets (oak\hickory). When they reached 165° internal we sauced them in our new AP BBQ sauce for 19 minutes. These are delicious! #MeatChurch #TexasBBQ #Carolina
