Nola and I love to make our pumpkin spice pancakes and if you are a pumpkin spice fan and don’t want to jeopardize your health and fitness goals- this one’s for you 🧡

Recipe for 3 pancakes
- 1/2 cup pancake mix of choice (I prefer Kodiak to keep it lower in carbs and higher in protein)
- 1 scoop 1st Phorm Pumpkin Spoce Protein
- 1/2- 3/4 cup milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)
- pro tip— use 1-2 tbsp of heavy cream to make em more fluffy

Mix it up and start your pancakes 🧡

There is no other protein that is better or easier to bake with, it digests much better, and the taste of it is unreal!!!!
