#YANKEESWIN! The offense comes alive in the finale as the Yankees avoid a sweep! Both Trent Grisham & Jazz Chisholm hit two homers apiece. Carlos Rodon looked strong until he ran into some trouble in the sixth. He finished going 5.2 innings yielding 2 runs and striking out 3. The bullpen took control from there. Still a disastrous weekend but you can only hope this win will build some momentum. The Yanks have their easiest week of the season upcoming as they host the Nats for three then head to Chicago to play the White Sox for four. #LetsGoYankees
