1/4 Cup Parsley
1 lemon halved
1/3 Cup Dry White Wine
1 Cup Heavy Cream
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
Pasta Water
Salt and Pepper
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Paprika

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
