18-20 Chocolate Cream Cookies (cream removed)
3 Tbsp Melted Unsalted Butter
Cheesecake
16 oz Cream Cheese (2 packages) room temp
3/4 Cup Granulated/Cane Sugar
2 Whole Eggs
2 Egg Yolks
1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
4 oz. Melted Semi Sweet Chocolate
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp Instant Espresso powder
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
Pinch of Salt
Whipped Frosting
2/3 Cup Mascarpone Cheese
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
2-3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
