I’ll pray for my competition in the side chest pose. 4 Weeks Out… time for some extra calories. Back up to 2250 Cals & removed the 25 mins PWC. The goal is to dial in this condition and I’ll get slightly leaner, while I feed up into the show. Ideally reaching 2500+ Cals over the next 4 weeks. Maintenance on stage will produce a better look than me finishing on 1800 Cals because I wasn’t lean enough soon enough 👍🏼
