Kilmar Abrego Garcia and his wife Jennifer Vasquez Sura enter a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Baltimore, Maryland where he was again taken into custody. The U.S. Government is considering deporting him to Uganda after he rejected a deal to plead guilty to human smuggling and be deported to Costa Rica. Earlier this year Garcia was wrongfully deported to the notorious prison CECOT in El Salvador.
