Jayce starts each morning with a mission: have fun! Plus, he sees that everything is in order by, as he says, “catching expired stuff, and making sure everything is pulled forward.” It’s work he takes pride in, and he always makes sure to do a good job. ⁠ ⁠ He came to A&B Foods with help from one of Goodwill's Employment Programs, and he found not just a job, but a rhythm and a role he’s proud of. He also found support. His job coach checks in often. “If she isn’t here yet, I just get started right away,” Jayce says. He’s learned to stay ahead, “I try to catch things before she does," but he appreciates her help when he misses something. ⁠ ⁠ Together, they make a strong team.
