Cal Raleigh hit his 50th home run of the season in the first inning tonight against the Padres, becoming just the second Mariners player ever to eclipse that mark behind Junior. He also joins Mickey Mantle (2x, 1956, '61) as the only switch-hitters in MLB history to hit 50+ home runs in a season.
