🔥 Red Canyon Fire – Wyoming Update 🔥 caughtthefirebug The Red Canyon Fire continues to show incredible activity. This monster has now grown to 126,000+ acres. 👉 Rocky Mountain CIMT Team 2 remains in command of the incident. 👉 Firing operations were effective yesterday, helping strengthen containment lines on Division H. operations increased the total acreage, they successfully strengthened the southeast corner and lowered the chance of the fire moving beyond containment lines. 👉 Temperatures reached 100°F yesterday, creating tough firefighting conditions. 👉 The fire is now reported at 31% containment as 8/21/25 9am Crews are working around the clock to keep this massive blaze in check.
